1. Acknowledgment of Risk

By downloading, installing, or using Euclid OS, you acknowledge that you fully understand the nature of custom Android firmware and the potential risks involved.
Custom ROMs are community-developed software, provided “as-is” without any guarantees of performance, reliability, or security.

2. No Warranty

Euclid OS and its developers, maintainers, and contributors provide this software without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Any assurance of Google Play certification, device integrity (Strong Integrity / Play Integrity), or compliance with OEM or carrier requirements.

You use this software at your own risk.

3. User Responsibility

You, the user, are solely responsible for:

  • Unlocking your bootloader, flashing, and modifying your device.
  • Ensuring you understand each step of the installation process.
  • Creating backups of your data before proceeding.

If your device becomes unstable, unusable, or bricked due to improper installation, configuration, or use of Euclid OS or related files, the Euclid OS team will not be held liable for any resulting damage, data loss, or hardware malfunction.

4. No Official Support or Endorsement

Euclid OS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Qualcomm, or any device manufacturer or carrier.
All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners.

5. Updates and Maintenance

While maintainers may provide updates and patches, no guarantees are made regarding update frequency, feature availability, or long-term support for any specific device.

6. Agreement

By downloading or installing Euclid OS, you confirm that:

  • You are performing these actions voluntarily and with full awareness of potential consequences.
  • You accept that all modifications are done at your own discretion and risk.
  • You release the Euclid OS project and its contributors from any responsibility for damage, data loss, or device malfunction arising from your use of this software.
